сокр. USFHP, US Family Health Plan страх., воен., амер. План страхования здоровья для семей военнослужащих* (дополнительный страховой план в программе "Трайкэр прайм", которым могут воспользоваться члены семей военнослужащих, а также военные пенсионеры и члены их семей; в плане могут участвовать все перечисленные категории лиц независимо от возраста и участия в Части В программы "Медикэр"; страховое покрытие в целом аналогично обычному покрытию по программе "Трайкэр праим", но может предусматривать дополнительные льготы; участники плана обращаются за медицинской помощью не в военные лечебные учреждения, а в гражданские медицинские учреждения, входящие в сеть частных некоммерческих учреждений, уполномоченных на обслуживание по этому страховому плану и находящихся на определенной территории; обращение в сторонние медицинские учреждение допустимо только в случая необходимости предоставления неотложной медицинской помощи или при получении в участвующем в плане медицинском учреждении официального направления на прохождение лечения в стороннем медицинском учреждении)
